Superwoman

Good Morning Luisa's Loyal Bloggers. Sorry that the blog is late, had a dinner last night-and as they say 'tis the season!

Dad saw mom last night after missing Wednesday night because he was in Houston. He said that she looked better after just one day, she was more alert and could understand commands easier. He asked her to hold up two fingers and she did it, but looked at him like -can you give me something challenging here. That was the first time that she held up anything other than her thumb for us. She's also laughing a little bit, so evidentally she still thinks my dad is humorous.

Well, I guess this a two post day, so stay tuned for tonight's post.

Hope each of you has a nice Friday.

Hi Rips and Pips,

I know all of the faithful readers will rejoice when Luisa is fully recovered but some of us may have serious blog withdrawl problems by then. Every day I anxiously wait for the newest post and every day it is so thrilling to hear of her remarkable progress. Luisa is an inspiration in so many ways; wonderful mother, wife, and friend. She has through her strong recovery inspired me to do something common sense and my own Dr. Doom has been unable to persuade me to pursue. I now exercise!!!! When I am in New Orleans I walk on my treadmill for as long as Angela Hill is on the air and when I am in Houston I walk from Nordies to Niemans to Saks three times, three days a week only stoppin occasionally if there is a really good sale. I so look forward to Luisa joining me in Houston so we can talk as we walk and I do not have to pray for her recovery the whole time.

Love until tomorrow,
Susan Stair

I have finally registered so that I can join the comments. No one seemed like they wanted to play nickjr so give me a password and here I am!
Robin, I would be so incredibly touched at the amazing blog you have created to keep people informed. This is such a treasure for her to see how far she has come and will go. Ms. Lou looks really great in that updated pic and I'm so happy to hear she continues to thrive. We pray for Lola everyday and for you, Mr. Charlie and Chaz to endure and stay strong.
Love you all and think of y'all everyday.
Liz
