Sunday is a rest day for LuBob. She does not have any therapy on Sunday's so she gets to relax and not have anyone ask her to get out of bed if she doesn't want to. Today, mom was in great spirits-I know because I spoke with her twice. She told me they were watching the Saints game and managed to tell me they were loosing. Dad said that she seemed to really understand the game, when he wasn't paying attention and something interesting would happen, Lu would nudge him and nod to the t.v.. She bleeds black and gold even after her accident!

Please tell your mom I have been rooting for her all this time and keep up with her progress through Liz. I'm so glad to finally see the blog and pics, and all of your comments are so heartwarming (and well-written, by the way. You have a nice writing voice).
